The promoter is The Coffee Collective Limited. Entry into our promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms
The promotion/competition commences on Friday 5th September 2025 and closes 11.59pm Sunday 30th November 2025.
You will receive one entry into the draw each time you spend $50 at The Coffee Collective during the promotion period. Your total spend will be calculated at the end of the promotion period and allocated respective entries into the draw.
The prize consists of One (1) Main Prize, which includes the following: One Aiden Precision Coffee Maker, Two boxes of Bruer Spectrum Paper Filters - 100 Pack, and One Fellow Carter Bundle Pack. The prize also consists of Seven (7) Spot Prizes, including: Five Fellow Carter Bundles, One Fellow Electric Atmos 1.2L Canister, and One Fellow Tally Pro Studio Scale. All winners of the promotion will be chosen at random.
To be eligible to win the prize:
a. You must not be a Coffee Collective staff member;
b. You must not be an immediate relative of a Coffee Collective staff member;
c. You must be a New Zealand resident and 18 years of age or older.
The prize winners will be drawn by random selection at the office of The Coffee Collective on Monday 1st December 2025. D5/5 Douglas Alexander Parade, Rosedale, Auckland, New Zealand 0632.
The prize winners will be notified by The Coffee Collective on Monday 1st December 2025 via email, by the contact details the respective customer provided when placing an order with The Coffee Collective during the promotion period. The Main Prize Winner’s name may be published on The Coffee Collective website www.thecoffeecollective.co.nz and The Coffee Collective’s Facebook and Instagram pages. All prizes must be claimed by responding to the email within 7 working days of the email send date.
In the event that any of the winners cannot be contacted within 7 working days of the draw occurring or if The Coffee Collective determines that a winner is not eligible to participate in a draw the prize will be forfeited, a further draw will be conducted, and the prize allocated to the new winner.
The Coffee Collective is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted following the draw due to incorrect or out of date contact details being recorded from their online purchases during the promotion period, and any such winner will forfeit the prize to the next eligible winner on these Terms and Conditions. A re-draw for the unclaimed prize will take place within 14 days of the competition closing at the office of The Coffee Collective.
The prizes will be sent to the respective prize winner after the winner accepts the prize and advises delivery details.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and will not be redeemable for cash.
By entering the promotion, entrants’ consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and notifying the winners.
The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any given time.
Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify The Coffee Collective from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against The Coffee Collective for any loss, damage or injury (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the prize.
In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the promotion including eligibility the decision of The Coffee Collective will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by The Coffee Collective will be entered into.
