Architect is the foundation of our brand, skillfully crafted to draw out the sweetness that makes white coffee taste amazing, whilst celebrating the vibrant fruitiness of the blend when served as a black coffee. We think we have created something special for you to enjoy, however you choose to enjoy it.
We place our focus on the best quality product so we collaborated with NZ Barista Champ and 3-time UK Barista Champ, John Gordon. John was fundamental in our launch, most importantly in the development and selection of the beans for our Architect blend.
This mantel has now passed to our talented roaster Josh Olsen, who cups and tastes all our beans and blends to ensure we get the very best out of each bean.
Focused on seasonal harvests and working closely with our supplier and the farms, we review our green each year to ensure the beans still deliver the flavour and quality we set out for.
