Ethiopian Naturals are some of our favourite coffees in the world. They offer a more tea-like texture than most, something light and delicate that rewards patience.
We tasted this one and it felt like little delights. It reminded us of heading to a French bakery on a Sunday morning. Hence the name.
A coffee everyone will enjoy.
Best as a long, gentle filter — V60 or Orea on a 1:16.5 ratio, water just off the boil. Let the body settle and the orange notes lift on the finish. Equally lovely as a delicate espresso for those who like their shots sweet and aromatic.
