I bought it because they said it holds up to 42 grams. I suppose 30 grams is up to 42. But not much good if I want 40. Disappointed to say the least

I’m very happy with the grinder. The grinds are consistent and fine enough for espresso. I’m new to hand grinding and, even though it takes a while to grind larger doses, the effort is worth it. I use it in my campervan and the results are far better than the pre-ground coffee I previously used.
