The Hario Cold Brew Coffee Pot is a simple, stylish, and reliable way to brew refreshing cold coffee at home. Designed with ease in mind, it uses a full-immersion method to extract a smooth, mellow, and naturally sweet brew with far less acidity than hot brewed coffee.

Cold, Filtered Water
What you'll need:
- Hario Cold Brew Pot
- Freshly roasted coffee beans
- Filtered or bottled water
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Coffee scale
- Grinder (if using whole beans)
- Timer
Method
- Put 80g of freshly ground coffee (dark roast) into the strainer
- Set the strainer in the pot
- Slowly water the coffee grounds
- Put the lid on & place in the fridge for a minimum of 12 hours
- Remove the pot from the fridge & strainer from the pot
- Pour out and enjoy delicious cold brew coffee!

This is a full-immersion method, so it brews a ready-to-drink cold brew - no dilution needed after brewing.
- Strong: 1:10 → 80g coffee : 800ml water
- Balanced: 1:12 → 65g coffee : 800ml water
- Light: 1:15 → 55g coffee : 800ml water
