Earning Points
Every time you purchase a full-price eligible item, online or in-store, you will earn loyalty points. $1 spent = 1 point.
Points are awarded once your order has been fulfilled.
Earn 100 points when you successfully refer a new customer. Points are awarded when the referred friend purchases online or in-store using their referral code.
Redeeming Points
Redeem Rewards
- Redeem 200 points for $10 off your next order.
- Rewards can be redeemed during checkout.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Eligible Products
Points can be earned on:
- Coffee Beans
- Coffee Pods & Capsules
- Drinking Chocolate
- Syrups & Sauces
- Tea & Matcha
- Alternative Milk
- Cleaning Products
- Coffee Filters
- Other eligible consumables
Exclusions
Points cannot be earned on:
- Items on sale (discounted from the original retail price)
- Gift Cards
- Shipping charges
- In conjunction with any other offer or voucher
- Non-consumables such as Machines, Grinders, Makers etc
- Orders that are refunded or cancelled
If an order is refunded, returned or cancelled, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
Points Expiry
- Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Reward voucher expiry/ minimum spend
Any $10 reward vouchers expire after 6 months. They do not have a minimum spend threshold.
Can points be combined with discount codes?
- No, they cannot be combined with any discount codes.
