The Santa Clara farm is managed by the Pereira family who are fourth generation coffee farmers. They have adopted new techniques and technologies to produce the highest quality coffee. Harvesting is carried out on cloths to prevent the cherries from coming into contact with the soil, preserving quality. On the same day, the cherries are transported to the processing centre, where it receives careful attention at every stage to ensure an excellent tasting coffee bean.
