Care:

• This coffee grinder is intended to be used only with roasted coffee beans. Never immerse the coffee grinder in water or other liquids.
• Do not put the coffee grinder in contact with hot surfaces.
• Do not leave the ground coffee in the collection chamber after use. Brew coffee immediately or transfer to an airtight container.

How to use:

1. Remove the grinding lever by unscrewing the top knob, then remove the round cover from the top of the grinder.
2. Fill the top hopper with your favourite roasted coffee beans.
3. Reassemble the round cover, grinding lever and screw on the knob.
4. Select the required grinding level from 1 - 6.  As an indication, select 1-2 for Espresso, 2-3 for your Moka Express, 3-4 for Pour Over, 3-4 for a Coffee Press and 5-7 for Cold Brew.
5. Rotate the grinder lever in a clockwise direction to grind the coffee beans.
6. For your Bialetti Moka stovetop, grind the required amount of coffee by checking the levels indicated on the collection chamber. 
7. Once you reach the required amount, unscrew the coffee grinder, remove the coffee ground container and pour the contents into the coffee maker.

Cleaning:

• After each use, it is best to clean the coffee grinder by rotating the lever and turning the grinder upside down.
• Do NOT put grinder in the dishwasher or immerse in water or other liquids.
• Clean the coffee grinder with a soft cloth or with the included brush.
• Clean the clear plastic coffee ground container with water only and dry completely.
