The Varia VS3 (Varia Stepless 38mm) Electric Grinder Gen 2 features a refined user experience, CNC machined precision parts, a 76.5° acute angle geometry, and precision stepless grind adjustments.
With its fine pitched burr thread and stepless adjustments, there is no need to purge the grinder between different grind settings or different coffees, due to the grind retention of less than 0.1g for a 10g dose. Experiment with grind size with the stepless adjustment system, with virtually endless particle size settings.

Great grinder. A modern finish and astonishing design, would look great in any kitchen. Easy to use and makes making an espresso a great experience. Dialling couldn’t be easier.
The Varia VS3 is a single-dose, stepless grinder that can grind from a range of methods such as Espresso to Pour over and lastly Filter/Drip coffee. For it’s price, it’s well-built and very compact in the kitchen so it won’t take up much space. I found it easy to use and equally easy to adjust grinder setting from Espresso mode to Filter with its handling. The only minor thing for this grinder is that the grinder speed is slower than most electric grinders. The Varia vs3 takes 33seconds to grind a 18g dose in Espresso setting. I found the noise-level of this grinder to be low so this will be helpful for coffee preparation that won’t wake up the household. This is a reasonably priced Electric grinder that won’t break the bank for all the features that it brings.
