Wild Side Coffee Ethiopia Limu

Origin: Ethiopia, Jimma Zone, Gera District
Tasting Notes: Lemonade and red berries. Vanilla and chocolate finish. Medium acidity and smooth body.
Process:Fully washed and sundried
This coffee shares many similarities with Yirgacheffe and Sidamo. Limu coffee is known for having a fuller body though. Limu lies within the Jimma Zone in the western highlands of Oromia. These areas are famous for their forests and abundant supply of water. Most farms within the Limu region come from semi-forest systems that are typically under 1 hectare in size. Farmers will handpick these cherries and deliver them to nearby washing stations to be processed.
