I’m new to this style of brewing (coming from lever espresso machine & immersion brewing), but am excited so far with this brewer. Simple, easy to clean & extremely well made, especially the silicon moulding component which is impressive. A little pricey, but very versatile being able to experiment with mixing brew methods. Would be to have nice to have a plastic cone, so just make sure you heat the glass one it is supplied with well while rinsing your filter paper before brewing.
