The Raw's beginnings were humble, cooking 30L batches of Raw liquid sugar in a 1950’s jam cooker. Fast forward 7 years, The Raw is now cooking in 3500L batches.Using locally sourced Low Gi Raw sugar grown in the Northern Rivers of NSW, The Raw now have a complete range of handcrafted products available - all made in their new production facility amongst the cane fields in Murwillumbah. These syrups add a smooth, authentic taste to any coffee, frappe, or milkshake.
