In 2014, fifteen coffee-farming families gathered under a simple, yet powerful, common goal: to create something better.
ASOBRIS, a cooperative with a vision to do exactly that,
was formed. It has now grown to include 56 dedicated farmers, across 25 villages.
The cool mountain air and volcanic soils, as well as the washed process showcasing the coffee's natural clarity, nurture vibrant flavours of red apple, orange zest
and creamy milk chocolate.
