The Ethiopia Chelbesa is our vibrant and fruit-forward single origin from the Gedeb region in Ethiopia. Crafted by our coffee roaster to highlight its natural sweetness, floral component and silky mouthfeel, this coffee offers a clean and tea-like body with rich flavour clarity. It's a beautiful expression of the high-altitude region and the dedication of over 700 smallholder farmers.

A juicy and sweet cup with a smooth mouthfeel and typical Ethiopian characteristics with great floral and fruit components. Expect tasting notes ofpeach, cacao, and melon, wrapped in a clean and elegant finish.

Filter Brew Ratio: 1:17
Brew Time: Around 2 minutes (depending on method).

That means for every 1g of coffee, use 17g of water.
Example: 15g of ground coffee = 255g water.
Using a French Press? Try 2 heaped tablespoons (about 14g) with 240–250ml hot water.
