M Coffee Pacific Blend

  • Roast Level: Medium-Dark
  • Origin: Mexico | Papa New Guinea | South America.
  • Tasting Notes: Zesty | Fruity | Stone Fruit

The organic Pacific blend is M Coffee's sweet and zesty blend using only organic certified beans.  Crafted by the coffee roaster for an organic coffee that is sweet with a silky body and complex acidity. Our coffee roaster is proud to showcase this blend as a bright and fruity option.  A good option for both espresso and filter with those that buy coffee online and in our retail store.

A three-bean blend sourced from Mexico and South America, certified organic, and carefully selected for quality, consistency, and flavour.

Espresso Brew Ratio: 1:2
Extraction Time: 29-34 seconds.
This means that for every gram of ground coffee dosed into the porta-filter there is 2 grams of coffee extracted.  If using and dosing with an 18g porta-filter you can extract approximately 36-grams of liquid (coffee).  Still stuck?  Check out this link to learn more about brew ratios click here.
